Standard and Rural delivery

Tracking details will be automatically sent to the customer-provided email when the order has been processed. Akenoa does not process orders over the weekend and on public holidays.

Our normal working hours are 8.30am-2pm, Monday to Friday, and we reserve the right to respond to emails during this time only.

If an order is placed with in-stock items and pre-order items the order will be sent with the pre-order.

Pre-orders can not be cancelled once placed.

The Goods and Services remain at Akenoas risk until delivery to the Customer.

Delivery of Goods shall be deemed complete when Akenoa delivers the Goods to the Customer’s address or possession of the Goods is given to a carrier, courier, or other bailee for purposes of transmission to the Customer.

If a carrier, courier, or other bailee for purposes of transmission to the Customer is used the Customer will be provided with details of this and any relevant tracking information.

The costs of carriage shall be paid by the Customer on the date for payment of the Price for the Goods. The carrier shall be deemed to be the Customer’s agent.

If the Customer believes an order has been lost/damaged in transport or not delivered, they may lodge a claim with the relevant delivery provider. In some cases, the delivery provider may ask the Customer to contact Akenoa by email akenoa0670@gmail.com
